WE'RE HERE ! WE'VE JUST CHECKED IN TO VILLA # 4241 AT DISNEY'S SARATOGA SPRINGS RESORT AND MY DEAR FRIEND MICKEY HAS REALLY PROVIDED AN ELEGANT 5- STAR HOSPITALITY HOUSE FOR OUR ORLANDO V.T.er's "MAGICAL GATHERING" EVENT. I'm SO EXCITED that I nearly wet my pants!

I can't wait to see everyone tomorrow ......

Thursday, October 8th Meet and Greet at our Saratoga Springs Villa from 5:00 PM 8:00 PM. Cost: $10.00 per person, payable at the door. Please R.S.V.P. Our hospitality suite is at 1960 Broadway, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830 and is across the river from Down Town Disney. My cell 941 448-1311.

Friday, October 9th - We will gather at the Hospitality Villa at 11:00 AM. Bring your bathing suit because we are going to depart for a brief property tour of Disney?s Wilderness Lodge and then enjoy the hot tubs and luxurious swimming pool area at this deluxe resort.
Snacks and lunch will be self- hosted and there is a wide variety of food choices available at sit down restaurants, inexpensive food courts and poolside food service.

We will depart Disney?s Wilderness Lodge about 2:00 PM and proceed to Disneys Animal Kingdom Lodge, another deluxe 5 star resort. You will immediately believe that you have been transported to Africa.
After we have viewed all the animals indigenous to Africa that wander unhampered on the property, we will return to our home base at Disney?s Saratoga Springs Resort. Everyone is welcome to refresh themselves (there are four full bathrooms) and have a complimentary soda or adult beverage or three while we take a brief respite and gear up for the 1st annual Orlando VT Olympics.

The V.T. Olympics will commence at Saratoga Springs Resort at 6:00 PM. Kathy is the C.E.O and event organizer. I don?t know what to expect myself, except that competition will be fierce and there will be ?valuable? prizes for the winners. I know this because we have $1.83 in the budget allotted for prizes.
Following these robust activities, we will walk over to Saratoga Spring?s Turf Club Restaurant for a self-host dinner. I have arranged for separate checks. Click here for a menu.

Saturday, October 10th Cypress Lake Airboat Tour
Cost: $45.00 for adults $35.00 for children less a 10 percent discount for our group. You will be able to pay by cash or credit card at the Cypress Lake facility on the morning of the tour.

We will have three volunteer drivers (including me) ready to transport our group the 15 miles to Cypress Lake for our exciting adventure. Following our one hour airboat rides (10:00 AM - 11:00 AM) we will gather at the rustic, on-site restaurant for a self-host lunch. The simple menu choices include hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, chicken sandwiches, catfish, shrimp, frog legs and of course, alligator. A lunch and a soft drink should cost less than $10.00 per person.

Following lunch, we will return to Saratoga Springs Resort for either an afternoon at the swimming pool for those who want to be lazy or those who are more energetic can take a complimentary boat ride from the Turf Club at Saratoga Springs Resort over to downtown Disney http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/destinations/downtown-disney / or

Following dinner, those who are interested can join us for an exclusive view of Magic Kingdoms awesome fireworks display at 9:00 PM from a private viewing deck on the 15th floor inside the California Grill Restaurant at Disneys Contemporary Resort. It doesnt get any better than this and it is free.

Breaking up is hard to do so for those who are not quite ready to say goodbye yet ? bring your bathing suit and we will hang out at the resorts pool, or we can pool hop to one of the many other Disney 5-star Properties.
