Airlie Beach Meeting:Sep 10, 2009

Ok you've been waiting for it and now it's been decided...The dates for this great meeting are 10th - 13th September, 2009.

Airlie and the Whitsundays are truly one of Australia's best known and much loved destinations so it will be a fantastic weekend of good food, luxury accomodation, spectacular surroundings and of course all of us happy VT'rs...what more could you want?

The finer details will be posted as time goes on and we will keep you updated on what we have planned. So all we need now is for you to put your name down and we will take care of all the rest.

Ok, so by now those of you who have signed up will have received an email from Ann outlining some of the details...doesn't it sound great!? Lots of 'fun in the sun' activities, lots of yummy food and what about the VT Olympics? That's Ann's idea and it should be loads of fun!
We have a great accomodation deal going at one of the resorts in Airlie. It must be stressed though that everyone is responsible for booking their own rooms. I will be getting enough grey hairs after organising everything else without accomodation worries! ha ha!
