Lets meet up in Lisboa! Posted: Jun. 21, 2009 I am coming to visit Lisbon from 10 july until 17 july for the first time. The 17th july I will leave to Cascais. I am staying in Cascais one week. I am travelling alone. I would like to meet locals, who can give me tips. And perhaps show me around. Looking forward to hearing from you! |

| Sep. 16, 2009 • VT Meeting | Lisbon | Lisbon meeting with Al and Mary Posted: Sep. 16, 2009 Al and Mary (al_mary) are visiting Lisbon this week and before they leave I want to meet them.
Because I particularly like the place and it seems appropriate (centrally located and good choice of portuguese food) for this kind of events I decided AGAIN to go to Alverca Palace aka "Restaurante Casa do Alentejo" (Rua das Portas de Santo Antão, 58, Lisboa, close to the Coliseum), a nice 17th century old palace with a "typical" Moorish ambiance. I've been there with other vteers who love it. Anyone else want to sign up for the meeting? We will meet there around 7:30pm and will have dinner. Meeting in Lisbon Posted: Sep. 08, 2009 Will be visiting Lisbon (again)after the wonderful EUROMEET earlier this year.
Let's have a VT meeting on Oct. 17 (Saturday) for some drinks and a dinner somewhere in Lisbon. As soon we have a feedback, we will communicate details on the location, which should be a place easy to reach. Any locals and visitors are welcome! In the meantime António has made a reservation right on the beach in Carcavelos: Restaurant "Estrela do Mar". We meet there at 8:30p.m. Looking forward to seeing you all!
