| Jul. 15, 2008 • VT Meeting | Nagoya | Summer time fun in Nagoya Posted: Jun. 02, 2008 Hello all, I will be coming down to Nagoya for some sumo action this July and would love to have a VT meet on Tuesday July 15. I will be meeting up with some old friends and thought it would be nice to some new people. Anyone who's interested is welcome to bring friends as well. the more the merrier!
When: Tuesday July 15th at 9pm Where: Meeting at Nagoya JR station, near the big gold clock. What: I'm guessing dinner first, nothing too fancy, and then drinks at an izakaiya. No need to RSVP. Summer VT meet in Osaka Posted: Jun. 05, 2008 Hello everyone, I will be traveling around Osaka in mid July would love to have a VT on Sunday July 20th (Monday July 21st is a holiday).
Meet time will be 7pm. Lets do dinner and then a few drinks. Should be a really fun and relaxing time. Anyone who comes is welcome to bring friends. The more the merrier. | Oct. 17, 2008 • VT Meeting | Shinjuku | 2nd annual Shinjuku VT meet! Posted: Jul. 24, 2008 Hi everyone, I am coming back to Tokyo this year and will hold my second annual Shinjuku VT meet. Last year was so much fun that I have to do it again. This year will be twice the fun and maybe twice the people.
Time: 7pm Where: We will meet on the east side of Shinjuku station, just outside the gate. There is a huge parking area with lots of taxis and such. I will hang around and wait till about 7:15, so try to make it by then. Place: Last year we went to a nice (and cheap) chain udon restaurant, about 5 minutes walk from Shinjuku station. the food was great and drinks reasonable. Seems like a good place to go back to. I am opened to other suggestions for places to eat and drink though. Also, two of my friends will be visiting from New York. Thought it would be great to show them how great Tokyo is.
